My leadership journey began in financial services and eventually led me into business ownership, where I experienced firsthand the responsibility of serving customers, developing employees, managing competing priorities, and building a purpose driven organization.

Along the way, I learned that leadership is not about having every answer. It is about creating clarity, building trust, making thoughtful decisions, and helping people perform at their best.
